SIRA's contribution to Project Management covers the three phases of Planning, Doing and Acting. Where Planning covers the soft factors of importance to any project, the Doing phase addresses the requirements to the successful end delivery of the envisioned product. The Acting phase allows for a continuous improvement in both soft as well as hard factors of any product's life cycle.
